Criminal Appeal and Reviews
We also provide advice and assistance to those who are seeking to appeal against their conviction and, or sentence. To do this, we review the conviction and, or sentence and obtain counsel’s opinion on the appeal following which we will lodge an appeal to the Court of Appeal.
For those that have had their appeal refused by the Court of Appeal, we assist them with applying to the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) for a review of their conviction/sentence.
