Silas Ogbonna
Mr Silas Ogbonna is the founder and a Director at Topstone Solicitors. Mr Ogbonna is a versatile legal practitioner with over 20 years experience in the field. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2003 and obtained his Master’s degree in Law from Kingston University London, in 2008. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2009. Mr Ogbonna has over the years established himself as an expert in Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Conveyancing, Housing, Employment and Civil Litigation.
Elizabeth Madugo
Mrs Elizabeth Madagu is a qualified Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. She has been with Topstone Solicitors since 2016 as a Consultant Lawyer and became a Director in 2019. Her areas of specialisation include Immigration and Employment Law. Apart from her legal experience, Elizabeth also has knowledge, skills and experience in organisational Change Management, Next Generation Working, improvement and transformation of business processes, policies and procedures. In addition to her core law work, She is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice which includes maintaining the firm’s quality standards of legal services to clients and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legal obligations. She is passionate about delivering quality services to clients and teamwork. Her passion extends to Transformational Life Coaching, Mentoring, working with young people and writing poetry. Languages spoken: English, Nupe, Hausa.
Benedict Uzor
Mr Benedict Uzor is a Consultant Solicitor and Director at Topstone Solicitors. He obtained his LLM degree from the City University of London and has been on the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales for 25 years having been admitted in 2000. Mr Uzor was also a admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1991. He specialises in the arears of civil litigation, conveyancing, Family Law and Probate. He takes client care and client satisfaction very seriously and derives his fulfilment from his clients’ satisfaction.
Salena Kabal
Ms Salena Kabal joined our team of experienced Caseworkers having worked in the legal industry for a decade with an LLB and LLM in law. She is currently a Trainee Legal Executive (CILEX ASSOCIATE). She has significant experience in Family law and a wide range of experience in all types of Private Law proceedings. Salena undertakes work in cases involving domestic abuse, Family Law Act injunctions and Child Arrangement Orders. She combines a strong focus on Client Care with thorough preparation, persuasive advocacy in court and provides clear, practical advice. Salena is building an expertise in Family Law whilst continuing to represent her clients in areas of Civil Law and Conveyancing. She speaks fluent English, Urdu, Kashmiri, and Punjabi. Salena is committed to providing clients with the best assistance in their legal matters.
Ramshah Khan
Miss Ramshah Khan is an emerging talent in the Legal Industry. Having completed her Law Degree with a 2:1 from University of London in 2021 and qualified within 6 Months as an Advocate in Pakistan 2022 during her short stay there, she is currently preparing to qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Initially starting as an Office administrator/Receptionist with the firm, she has since received a Training Contract from Topstone Solicitors. Ramshah assists all the Solicitors and Caseworkers of the firm, whilst managing her caseload under supervision. Ramshah’s growing expertise covers Conveyancing, Family, Civil Litigation, Employment to Prison, Crime, Immigration and more.
